Blu Water Grill, located on the water in the Hawaii Kai Shopping Center, is one of Hawaii's only 'true' waterfront restaurants! Stop in for lunch, dinner or a classic Sunday brunch – with a menu that's bound to bring you back time and again! Midday pupus include sashimi with mango wasabi sauce, poke in a cup, five spiced calamari, oven roasted seafood artichoke dip, and Hawaiian cocktail prawns. Soups and salads include smoked salmon chowder, Maui onion soup, classic Caesar salad with blackened ahi, chicken or prawns, spring greens with ginger lime vinaigrette, garden salad and classic Cobb salad. Entrée favorites include, fire grilled chicken panini, kiawe grilled Hawaiian style steak, rack of lamb with balsamic reduction, macadamia nut crusted prawns with sweet Thai chili-coconut aioli, oven roasted salmon with miso sake glaze, and classic alfredo with mushrooms. Classic Saturday & Sunday brunch fare includes; sweet bread French toast, three cheese omelet, classic Denver omelet, ham & cheese omelet, loco moco, eggs Benedict, Cajun ahi Benedict, and eggs Florentine!
