Indo-Latino Soul Shrimp & Grits – Italian Arborio rice slow cooked in chicken broth and seasoned with garlic, onions, tomatoes and saffron with a melange of fresh fish and seafood including curried Mexican white shrimp, 'day boat' scallops and New Zealand mussels. Lup cheong Chinese sausage and roasted peas add a sweet and spicy finish.

Steamed Live Maine Lobster – flown in freshly from Maine, it is steamed to perfection. Served with rice and seasonal fresh local vegetables, plus two dipping sauces – Japanese "ponzu" sauce and drawn butter.

Shrimp Creole & Kalbi Ribs – Shrimp Creole combined with a spicy Portuguese-seafood ettouffe and served over fresh-baked New Orlean's cornbread. It is paired with the signature Kalbi Boneless Short Ribs that have been braised with Korean barbeque sauce.
