Sabrina Collo and Stefano Cianfrini, originally from Rome, opened their restaurant over eight years ago.  Cianfrini was a chef at his family's restaurant in the Abruzzo region, but the food is from all over Italy. It's like eating at a friend's house, with pictures of Italian scenery and Sophia Loren on the wall!  The extensive pastas and meat/ seafood dishes are real crowd pleasers. Squid-ink linguine is coated with well-seasoned marinara. Meat courses such as the lamb fricassee, thin meat slices in a citrusy sauce, come with a side of mashed potatoes and tousle of zucchini, eggplant and mushrooms.
